Gram Flour Creamy Pudding
You'll adore this “Pudding Halwa” made of besan (chickpea flour). Known as “Besan Ka Halwa”, it is a wonderful Indian Asian delicacy that is quick and easy to make.
Chickpea flour, often known as gram flour or besan, is readily available in Indian and Asian markets. The flour is made from crushed, dried chickpeas. I regularly use this flour as a substitute for white flour in my sweets. It can be packed and kept in the refrigerator for up to 6 months.
Gram Flour Creamy Pudding has a slightly gelatinous texture. It’s easy to make, which makes it perfect when you have unexpected visitors or if you have a sweet tooth but don’t want to put in too much effort.
