Ulcer Buster II
A key ingredientin this juice is apple, which is one of the richest sources of polyphenolic compounds—scientifically proven to have anti-ulcer properties by increasing mucus production in the stomach and inhibiting H. pylori growth. In the morning, immediately after waking, drink one liter of lukewarm water with lemon and honey. (Note: Although lemon tastes acidic, it is alkaline internally. Use a straw to protect your dental enamel.)
Fifteen minutes later, sip the Ulcer Buster juice slowly. Swish the juice in your mouth for about a minute before swallowing. It is vital to stay hydrated afterward; consume plenty of plain water or lemon water with a pinch of salt throughout the day.
